About The Position
The Resident Services Aide (RSA) supports our clinical team by providing non-clinical care and daily support to our residents. You help create a structured, encouraging environment where residents feel supported, respected, and engaged. Your day will include: Providing supervision and encouragement with personal grooming and daily care, Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment, Encourage and assist residents to attend and participate in activities, Support facility health programs and daily routines.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED)
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with memory care and mental health population
- CNA training is a plus
