Residential Services Associate (RSA) PM shift
About The Position
The Residential Services Associate (RSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The RSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. This role extends beyond the job description, focusing on providing compassion and companionship to residents, becoming a friend and family member to them. The center specializes in providing care to the non-aggressive mentally ill/behavior health population.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a PRSA or RSA in a healthcare center preferred.
- CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful.
