Rehab Services Aide (RSA) PM shift
About The Position
The Rehabilitation Services Aide (RSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The RSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF), providing care to the non-aggressive (adult) mentally ill/behavior health population. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a leadership team that has been here for many years.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a PRSA or RSA in healthcare center preferred
- CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
