Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential security systems, troubleshooting issues promptly and accurately.
• Conduct home walkthroughs to identify optimal system configurations and opportunities for additional protection.
• Communicate professionally with customers, connect systems to central monitoring, and demonstrate system operation.
• Manage administrative tasks, prioritize safety, and maintain company tools and equipment.
