About The Position

As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll work alongside seasoned HVAC technicians to install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Good attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Must be punctual and dependable.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC trade school enrollment or completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and service of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Help load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Support technicians in diagnosing system issues and performing repairs.
• Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and service vehicle.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Communicate respectfully and clearly with team members and customers.
• Attend training sessions and pursue licensing or certification as required.
