About The Position
JR Snider is hiring a skilled Residential Service Electrician to resolve complex residential electrical challenges and help protect local families. The role emphasizes craftsmanship, customer care, year-round stability, and high earning potential. The electrician will work independently in the field, provide homeowners with clear advice, and deliver professional service in line with the company’s C.A.R.E. values: Curiosity, Ambition, Responsibility, and Empathy. Compensation is an hourly rate plus uncapped commissions, with stated total annual earning potential of $75,000–$150,000+. A company vehicle is provided, and qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of residential electrical experience.
- Strong diagnostic abilities and deep knowledge of residential wiring and circuits.
- Customer-first attitude and ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex residential electrical issues efficiently.
- Perform code-compliant electrical system upgrades and installations.
- Advise homeowners clearly and professionally about safety risks and solution options.
- Complete accurate service records.
