About The Position
Residential Journeyman Electrician Company: SALT Service Co. | Location: Austin, TX Pay: $80,000 – $160,000 / annually based on performance pay. + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! Requirements
- Valid Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman License.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Provide "white-glove" customer service, actively listening to needs and clearly explaining solutions and pricing.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local safety codes and city ordinances.
- Maintain a clean workspace, professional appearance, and collaborative team attitude.
