About The Position

As an Orkin Sales Inspector, you will help homeowners protect their homes by conducting inspections and recommending pest control and related home-protection services. The role offers uncapped commission, company-provided tools, training, and opportunities for career development. Services include attic cleanouts for wildlife issues, crawl space remediation, termite treatments, pest control, and home exclusions. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections, from attics to crawl spaces.
• Explain inspection findings clearly and recommend appropriate treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating the value and long-term benefits of Orkin services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedules, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
