About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to help perform safe, effective bathroom installations in customers’ homes. The installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The approximate pay rate is $18–$21 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors such as background, skills, abilities, and location.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols during installations.
