About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking an experienced residential carpenter for a full-time position in Salisbury, Maryland. The installer assists with safe, effective window and exterior door installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a positive experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start time. The role involves reporting to the warehouse, loading materials and trucks, traveling to customers’ homes, completing installations, and returning to the warehouse after collecting paperwork and payment. The approximate pay range is $17–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on background, skills, abilities, and location.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door installations, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Perform installations safely and effectively according to company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
