About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to assist with residential window and exterior door installations. The Installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to complete safe, effective installations while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Denver, Colorado, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The position is full-time, W2, and includes paid training.

Typical work includes arriving at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing window or door installations, fitting replacement windows and exterior doors, replacing trim, and cleaning the work area thoroughly. Installers also collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. The approximate pay is $18–$21 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications and location.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window and door installations and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
