About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Salisbury, Delaware, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The role offers flexibility to set a schedule, build a route, and accept inspections for per-inspection fees. Work includes traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data with a mobile web application. A camera pole is used for roof photos on applicable jobs. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Estimated work is 3–4 days per month, depending on which jobs the contractor chooses to accept. Payment is per completed inspection, paid monthly.
