Residential Property Inspector - Vernal, UT
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Vernal, Utah, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, briefly explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Contractors are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis and choose which available jobs to accept.

Responsibilities
