Residential Property Inspector - Reynoldsburg, OH
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. They may use their own associates if they have them. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, briefly explaining the inspection to homeowners, and recording required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole to photograph roofs. Contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Payment is per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Estimated workload is one working day per week, or four days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, based on customer expectations; contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
