Residential Property Inspector - Windcrest, TX
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Windcrest, Texas, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. They set their own hours, build their own routes, and are paid per completed inspection. Contractors may use their own associates if available. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, briefly explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Applicable jobs may require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, according to customer expectations; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. The estimated workload is one to two working days per week, or four to eight days per month.
