About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Balcones Heights, Texas, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The role offers flexible scheduling, route planning, and payment per completed inspection.

The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data using a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, subject to customer expectations. Contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. Estimated workload is 1–2 working days per week, or 4–8 days per month. Service fees are paid monthly per completed inspection.
