Residential Property Inspector - San Antonio, TX
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in southwest San Antonio, Texas, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Contractors set their own hours, build their own routes, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require roof photos taken with a camera pole. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Work is generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, according to customer expectations. The contractor chooses which days to work and how many jobs to accept. Estimated time is 1.5–2.5 working days per week, or 6–10 days per month.
