Residential Property Inspector - Weatherford, TX
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Weatherford, Texas, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Contractors set their own hours, build their own routes, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Work is estimated at 0.5–1 working day per week, or 2–4 days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept.
Requirements
- Be a business owner or independent contractor.

Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to complete accepted exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections.
- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection.
- Capture required photos and data through the mobile web application.
- Use a camera pole to take roof photos on applicable jobs.
- Schedule appointments for interior and high-value inspections.
- Deliver accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication.
