About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Springfield, Missouri, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work is paid per completed inspection, with service fees paid monthly. Inspections are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors decide which days to work and how many jobs to accept. The posting estimates 3–4 working days per week or 14 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete accepted exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections.
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection.
• Capture required photos and data through the company’s mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole to take roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, timely, professional service and communicate clearly.
