Residential Property Inspector - Vallejo, CA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Vallejo, California, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, set their own hours, and build their own routes. They are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, briefly explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole to photograph roofs. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Compensation is per completed inspection and is paid monthly. Estimated work availability is 1–2 working days per week, or 4–8 days per month; jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, and contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept.
