Residential Property Inspector - Santa Ana, CA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Santa Ana, California, to complete residential underwriting property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Applicable jobs may require roof photos using a camera pole. Contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Compensation is per completed inspection, paid monthly. The posting estimates three working days per week, or 12 days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept.
