About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Corona, California, to conduct residential property underwriting inspections. The role involves traveling to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections. Inspectors use a mobile web application to take guided photos and answer property questions, and use a camera pole to capture roof photos. For interior and high-value inspections, inspectors schedule appointments in advance. The position offers control over scheduling and route planning, and compensation is paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. The estimated workload is two working days per week, or eight days per month, with work available from 8 a.m. to sunset, Monday through Saturday.
