Residential Property Inspector - Anaheim, CA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Anaheim, California, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies simultaneously, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work is paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Contractors set their own schedule and route and may use their own associates if they have them. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, depending on customer expectations. The posting estimates three working days per week, or 12 days per month.
Requirements
- Be a motivated, detail-oriented business owner or independent contractor in Anaheim, California.
- Provide your own applicable business insurance and handle your own taxes.
- Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to complete accepted exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections.
- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection.
- Capture required photos and data using the company’s mobile web application.
- Use a camera pole to take roof photos on applicable jobs.
- Schedule appointments for interior and high-value inspections.
- Provide accurate, timely, professional service and communicate clearly.
