Residential Property Inspector - Fernley, NV
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Fernley, Nevada, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies and clients at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, briefly and professionally explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data using a mobile web application. Applicable jobs may require roof photos using a camera pole. Contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Service fees are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Work is estimated at two working days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
