About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Winnemucca, Nevada, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work for other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, briefly explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data using a mobile web application. Applicable jobs may require use of a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. The role offers control over scheduling and route-building, and contractors may use their own associates if they have them.

Fees are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Work is generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, depending on customer expectations. Contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept. The posting estimates two working days per month.
