Residential Property Inspector - Tuscaloosa, AL
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections. Inspectors use an app-guided mobile web application to take photos and answer property questions, and use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs. For interior or high-value inspections, inspectors schedule appointments in advance. The role offers control over scheduling and routes, with payment per completed inspection on a monthly basis.
