Residential Property Inspector - Anniston, AL
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Anniston, Alabama, to perform residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies, and are responsible for their own taxes and applicable business insurance. They set their own hours, build their own routes, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. The estimated workload is one working day per week, or three days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, depending on customer expectations; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept.
Requirements
- Motivated and detail-oriented.
- Responsible for own taxes and any applicable business insurance.
- Able to travel to properties in the Anniston, Alabama area.

Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to complete accepted exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections.
- Briefly and professionally explain the inspection to homeowners.
- Capture required photos and data using the company’s mobile web application.
- Use a camera pole to take roof photos on applicable jobs.
- Schedule appointments for interior and high-value inspections.
- Deliver accurate, timely, professional service and communicate clearly.
