Residential Property Inspector - Reynoldsburg, OH
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, briefly explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Contractors use a camera pole for roof photos when applicable and schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections. The position offers control over scheduling and route-building, and payment is per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Work is estimated at one working day per week, or four days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
