About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Lima, Ohio, to complete residential property inspections. The role involves working outdoors and independently, with contractors controlling their schedules and building routes around the jobs they accept. Contractors may work with other clients and use their own associates if they have them. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete accepted exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections.
• Have brief, professional conversations with homeowners to explain the inspection.
• Capture required photos and data using the company's mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole to take roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule appointments for interior and high-value inspections.
• Provide accurate, timely, professional service and communicate clearly.
