Residential Property Inspector - Obetz, OH
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Obetz, Ohio, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies or clients, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. They set their own hours, build their own routes, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. The work involves traveling to properties to perform exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and using a mobile web application to capture required photos and data. Some jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. The estimated workload is one working day per week, or four days per month; contractors decide which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
