Residential Property Inspector - Beaumont, TX
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Beaumont, Texas, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work is paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Estimated workload is 0.5–1 working day per week, or 2–4 days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors decide which days to work and how many inspections to accept.
Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to complete accepted exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections.
- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection.
- Capture required photos and data using the mobile web application.
- Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
- Schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections.
- Provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication.
