About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Frisco, Texas to complete residential property inspections. This 1099 independent contractor role is not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. They may set their own hours, build their own route, and use their own associates if they have them.

The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, explaining inspections to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Fees are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Estimated availability is one to two working days per week, or four to eight days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
