Residential Property Inspector - Colville, WA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Colville, Washington, to perform residential property underwriting inspections. Contractors travel to properties for exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections they have accepted, briefly explain the inspection to homeowners, and capture required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole to photograph roofs. Contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work for other companies, and may use their own associates. They are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Compensation is per completed inspection, paid monthly. Work is generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, and contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. The estimated workload is one working day per week, or four days per month.
