About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Olympia, Washington, to complete residential property inspections. The role involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections that the contractor has accepted. Contractors explain the inspection to homeowners, capture required photos and data using a mobile web application, and use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs. For interior or high-value inspections, contractors schedule their own appointments. The work calls for accurate, timely, professional service and clear communication.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies and clients, and may use their own associates. They are responsible for their own taxes and applicable business insurance. Compensation is per completed inspection, paid monthly. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. The estimated workload is one working day per week or four days per month.
