About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Pendleton, Oregon, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors decide how and when to complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, speaking professionally with homeowners, and recording required photos and data in a mobile web application. Some jobs require roof photos using a camera pole. Contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely service and clear communication. Work is paid per completed inspection, on a monthly basis. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. The estimated time is three working days per month.

Requirements

Be a motivated, detail-oriented business owner or independent contractor.
