Residential Property Inspector - The Dalles, OR
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in The Dalles, Oregon, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This 1099 contractor role offers flexibility to choose when to complete accepted jobs, build a route, work with other clients, and use associates if available. Contractors are paid per completed inspection monthly and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, speaking briefly and professionally with homeowners, and collecting required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely service and clear communication.
