Residential Property Inspector - Medford, OR
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Medford, Oregon, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. The role involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, speaking briefly and professionally with homeowners, and capturing required photos and data using a mobile web application. Some jobs require a camera pole for roof photos, and inspectors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. They set their own hours, build their own routes, and are paid per completed inspection. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. The stated time estimate is three working days per week, or 12 days per month.
