About The Position
Tarantino Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Residential Leasing Agent to join its team in the Southwest Houston area. The role is for a motivated, customer-focused professional who helps prospective residents find a home while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission.
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience is required.
- Experience with RealPage / OneSite software is required.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone.
- Give apartment tours and highlight community features.
- Process applications and lease paperwork.
- Build relationships with current and future residents.
- Help meet leasing and occupancy goals.
- Support resident events and community engagement.
