About The Position

Alternative Services Northeast (ASI-NE) is hiring a Behavioral Health Home Manager in Waterville, Maine. The manager leads a dedicated team and supports three residents with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses as they pursue their goals, build independence, and participate in community life. The role is focused on creating a positive, supportive home environment and helping residents experience meaningful lives.

The manager mentors and supports staff, builds a strong team, and works with supportive leadership. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 24/5 on-call responsibility and participation in a weekend on-call rotation approximately every 7–8 weeks. Flexibility and work-life balance are supported. Paid training, certifications, and ongoing professional growth opportunities are provided.
