2nd Shift Residential DSP - Rotating Weekends - (Part time to FT available!)
About The Position
Bittersweet Farms is hiring Part-Time 2nd Shift DSPs (3:00pm–11:00pm) to empower individuals with Autism to live their best lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you will act as a mentor, advocate, and friend, helping participants grow their independence, learn new skills, express themselves, and experience the world. This role is perfect for individuals interested in psychology, disability studies, nursing, healthcare, social work, education, or anyone who thrives on making a difference. Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Valid driver’s license & insurance required
- Comfort with personal-care support (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Encouraging communication, independence, & confidence

- Accompanying participants in the community
- Join our participants on community outings to restaurants, concerts, local sporting events and movies!
- Hike through Oak Openings and area Metroparks
- Transport participants to local fairs, festivals and Toledo attractions

Benefits
- $16.50 - $17.50 hr. base pay (paid bi-weekly)
- + $1.50/hr. Mon–Thurs
- + $2.50/hr. on weekends
