RES. DSP/OT, Web Groves/P-Time: Fri, 7a-3p; Sat/Sun 3p-11p
About The Position
UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for a part-time position in Webster Groves. This role offers a positive, team-driven work environment with a pay rate of $21.00/hour. The available schedule is Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM, totaling 24 hours weekly. As a DSP, you will provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene including toileting, and facilitate fun activities. You will also follow medical orders, administer medications, and most importantly, provide choices to clients for their daily activities, entertainment, and community outings. Requirements
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's license
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
- A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel
- Good written and oral communication skills
