About The Position

Requirements

• Basic understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.

• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces or tight areas.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide drain cleaning and unclogging services for residential and commercial customers.
• Explain diagnosed issues clearly, present solution options, and secure approval before performing work.
• Operate drain-cleaning machines and high-pressure jetters.
• Maintain and stock the service vehicle, track tools properly, and complete service documentation accurately.
