About The Position
As a Residential Drain Technician at Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning, you will work independently in the field diagnosing and resolving drain issues in customers’ homes. You will assess problems, recommend appropriate solutions, and complete quality repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role is suited to someone confident working independently, skilled at troubleshooting, and able to clearly explain options to homeowners.
Requirements
- Valid apprentice plumber card with endorsement.
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose drain issues and confidently present repair options to customers.
Responsibilities
