About The Position
Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is hiring a Residential Drain Technician to work independently in the field diagnosing and resolving drain issues in customers’ homes. The technician assesses problems, recommends appropriate solutions, and completes quality repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is suited to someone comfortable working independently, troubleshooting, and clearly explaining options to homeowners.
Requirements
- Valid apprentice plumber card with endorsement.
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose drain issues and confidently present repair options to customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve drain issues in customers’ homes.
- Assess problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Complete quality repairs.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and clearly present repair options to homeowners.
