About The Position

AirNow, a Southern Home Services company, is seeking a Residential Drain Technician to perform diagnostic emergency drain services and recommend drain and water filtration solutions that meet customers’ needs. The role includes additional duties as assigned and requires working nights and weekends. The work takes place in indoor and outdoor environments, including attics and crawlspaces, and may involve exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions. Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential drain clearing or cleaning experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Great attitude and dedication to quality work.
• Customer-service orientation.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb ladders, access attics, navigate tight spaces, drive, enter crawlspaces, push, carry, pull, use hand tools, and perform fine-detail work.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear in person and by telephone; handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; and regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments and withstand extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions.
