About The Position
Supports department managers to provide operations supervision of ABM associates.
Requirements
- Minimum of GED or High School diploma
- Strong proficiency with computers: knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Knowledge of maintenance issues and the methods of resolution.
- Organizational and clerical skills.
- Excellent customer services skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a maintenance technician is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizing and assigning work orders
- Issuing keys, equipment, and materials to ABM associates, contractors, and vendors.
- Schedules work to be complete with residents
- Relays information to workers and keeps careful records of services and transactions.
