About The Position

Dispatcher – Supports department managers to provide operations supervision of ABM associates. This role involves prioritizing and assigning work orders, issuing keys, equipment, and materials to associates, contractors, and vendors. The dispatcher also schedules work to be completed with residents and relays information to workers while maintaining careful records of services and transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of GED or High School diploma
• Strong proficiency with computers: knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Knowledge of maintenance issues and the methods of resolution.
• Organizational and clerical skills.
• Excellent customer services skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a maintenance technician is a plus.
