About The Position

Elite Services is seeking a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented Residential Concierge to serve as the face of a luxury residential property in Boston, Massachusetts. The role focuses on creating exceptional experiences for residents and guests through welcoming service, package and communication management, coordinating service requests, and supporting front desk operations. The position is performed in person in a luxury residential community and pays $21–$24 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge services, hotels, customer service, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage package deliveries and resident communications.
• Coordinate service requests and assist with residents’ day-to-day needs.
• Support front desk operations and help ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Help maintain the high standards expected in a luxury environment.
