About The Position

The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, guests, and vendors at a Cogir Senior Living community. The role provides front desk coverage and exceptional customer service, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment. The Concierge addresses inquiries, coordinates resident services, and maintains efficient front desk operations. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6–12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
Working knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Patience and willingness to assist residents, visitors, and team members.
Friendly, assertive, professional, and outgoing demeanor; ability to multitask and stay organized.
Excellent communication skills.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls and inquiries as needed.
Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly manner.
Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
Support management with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and light clerical work.
Order office supplies.
Address resident concerns or questions and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Complete work order requests.
Assist with valet service for residents and guests.
