About The Position

Alpine Maids is hiring residential cleaners for weekday work. Maids work independently, sometimes with a partner, to clean clients’ homes and provide quality customer service. The role offers freedom from close supervision, and employees can increase their hourly earnings by becoming more efficient. The work is physical, and employees should enjoy staying active on the job. Work stays at work, with no weekend calls or responsibilities after clocking out.

Employees must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Most Maids work around 30 hours per week within that schedule. Maids who work 30 or more hours receive health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k). This is a full-time W-2 position.

Requirements

• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to recognize what needs to be done in a client’s home and provide quality customer service.
• Ability to be flexible for clients.
• Ability to get to and from work on time.
• Must pass a background check.
• Enjoy the physical nature of the job.
